An HR consultant and project leader with extensive experience and a track record of success in results for individual, team and organisation clients.
For the past 6 years, I have been placed on a variety of contract assignments. I am also lecturing in Law of Employment at Monash.
Prior to this, I established the program execution function at Future Fund, where I led a PMO team supporting 3 complex programs (heavily data management and data analytics) and 15 short and long term projects.
This role sat within People and Culture, and enabled me to develop experience in coaching project and program leaders to turn groups into effective teams to execute project outcomes and implement business strategy.
I was able to leverage my 15 years’ hands on employment law practice and unit leadership at Norton Rose Fulbright, which was focused on:
- the people and culture aspects of workplace change,
- litigation management and advocacy for employer clients,
- remuneration, benefits and redundancy rounds,
- restructuring, and
- transfer of business.
I have acted for many of Australia’s largest companies, devised strategies, coached managers and executives, and conducted training in the areas of whistleblowing, IT use, privacy, work and family, surveillance, equal opportunity, sexual harassment, outsourcing and workplace privacy.
